  Disappointing. Very little to no use of garden - most residents not able to have key code to outside. Little evidence of dementia training - unable to manage my father's personal care and grooming. No organised trips out in two years. Three managers in two years, so a real lack of credibility in terms of being well led. Offer the basics - and that is it.
